Job summary

Concord, Ontario-based Bilingual Source is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our growing Canadian team. You will nurture new customer relationships from onboarding through early growth, balancing needs discovery with proactive outreach within an established organization.

The role focuses on expanding accounts across services, products, and digital purchasing resources, with a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule in-office.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach to customer development, outreach, and follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining customer information using CRM or related systems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new customer onboarding and qualification.
• Research prospects and assess potential.
• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to new and developing customers.
• Introduce customers to relevant products, services, programs, and digital purchasing resources.
• Build customer relationships through structured follow-up during the first months.
• Identify opportunities for product adoption, equipment sales, and broader account growth.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop accounts within an assigned territory.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer profiles in CRM.
• Use CRM reporting to identify trends, leads, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to transition growth accounts.
• Support sales campaigns, customer programs, and events.
• Attend industry events and occasional travel when required.
