English/French fluency is required. This in-person role operates Monday–Friday with a base hourly rate plus incentive.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and 1-2 years in sales, retail, customer service.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Ability to provide customer service in both languages.
• Language proficiency assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls, inquiries and complaints while delivering a positive experience.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Answer product and service questions, suggesting information about other offerings.
• Research and resolve product or service concerns, expediting resolution for optimal experience.
• Track issues and communications with customers.
• Understand and elevate issues during the order process.
