Job summary

D Spot Franchising Inc. is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance for Western Canada to drive success across multiple franchise locations, focusing on relationship-building with owners, implementing strategic plans, and upholding brand standards.

You will review financials, lead improvements, and execute local store marketing in collaboration with franchisees, while ensuring food safety and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managerial role in restaurant/hospitality.
• Experience in multi-unit management and franchise operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and QA practices.
• Data-driven decision making with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a business consultant and coach to Owners and Managers on operations and financial results.
• Reviews operating reports and audits with Owners and Managers.
• Analyzes financial and operating performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conducts regular financial reviews (P&L, Balance Sheet) with franchisees.
• Develops and executes local store marketing programs with franchisees.
• Monitors compliance with food safety regulations and brand standards.
• Organizes training sessions, workshops, and seminars for franchisees.
• Documents guidelines to standardize franchise operations across the network.
