Job summary

Subway is seeking a Franchise Performance Consultant to support a portfolio of franchise restaurants in Canada. The role partners with franchisees to identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability, strengthen operations, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate enjoys field work, building relationships, and using data to drive actionable plans. Frequent travel, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit quick-service/foodservice or related operations leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen with P&L, sales trends and margin improvement.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop operators or field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and act as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create action plans with franchisees to boost sales, profitability, guest experience and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, and marketing initiatives; support openings and transitions.
