Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies.
• Develop and coach selling behaviors to meet KPI targets.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs, and store operations.
