Job summary

Michaels Levis store in Quebec is seeking a Store Leader to guide a team of framers who build strong customer relationships while delivering framing solutions for artwork. You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing outcomes.

As Store Leader on Duty, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure SOP compliance, plan workloads, coach selling behaviors, and manage inventory and safety programs while achieving KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver on-time custom framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales by building customer relationships.
• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and policy adherence.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training
