Scope of Position

The FP&A Senior Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, and insights to support the group's strategic and operational goals. This role will ensure alignment of financial processes across entities, deliver consolidated reporting, and drive performance improvement through data-driven decision-making. The analyst will collaborate across finance and operations in all regions and oversee the consolidation of FP&A products.

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations
Strategic Financial Planning
  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
  • Coordinate with entity finance teams to gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data.
Performance Management
  • Design and implement KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance.
  • Monitor actuals versus forecasts, analyze variances, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to align management and statutory reports.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
Business Partnering
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing financial insights.
  • Support initiatives like cost optimization, pricing, and capital decisions.
  • Work with operational teams to identify revenue and efficiency opportunities.
Process Optimization
  • Drive standardization and automation of financial processes.
  • Implement tools to improve data collection, reporting, and scenario analysis.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and controls.
  • Support FP&A software and technology projects.
  • Lead or support ad hoc projects, including cash flow management and AI initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • Certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
Experience
  • 5-8 years in FP&A or similar, preferably in multi-entity groups.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with financial consolidation for multiple entities.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in FP&A tools (e.g., Vena, Prophix, Adaptive, Anaplan) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and scenario analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Adaptability and cross-functional collaboration skills.
