Job summary

VoIP.ms, a Montreal-based VoIP provider with offices in Canada and Mexico, seeks a Product Marketing Manager. You will turn SIP trunking, cloud PBX, E911, call recording and AI agents into compelling buying reasons for IT teams and resellers. You will own product messaging, onboarding and go-to-market detail.

You will build onboarding, upsell stories, use-case packaging and reseller enablement. This is a hands-on role reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, with remote/hybrid flexibility in

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing for a technical B2B product or equivalent experience.
• Telecom, VoIP, CPaaS or networking experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on comfort with the product; you’ll set up a trunk, build a call flow and read API docs.
• Experience marketing a self-serve, usage-priced product where website/onboarding sell.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding story with Sales and onboarding teams to guide first conversations.
• Develop upsell story to move customers from basic SIP trunking to added features.
• Package features by use case and write the narrative for each package.
• Map features to customer needs; maintain this as the roadmap ships.
• Create reseller messaging and material for selling the full platform.
• Produce Sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, comparisons and sequences.
• Set the product message with the content lead for consistent brand voice.
