Job summary

Featherless AI is seeking a founding member of the Canada GTM team — someone who blends technical fluency with entrepreneurial drive and thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

You will build and qualify enterprise and AI startup pipelines, manage inbound requests, and orchestrate outreach sequences. This role rewards hands-on builders who can engage developers, founders, and researchers while advancing open-model deployment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Able to engage technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with practical deployment awareness.
• Strong written and verbal English; concise and credible.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
