Featherless AI is seeking a founding GTM team member in Canada, blending technical acumen with entrepreneurial drive. You will lead pipeline development, engage developers, researchers, and startups, and manage outbound and inbound communications to turn interest into relationships.

The role emphasizes AI fluency, leadership in a growing, open-model deployment ecosystem, and close collaboration with executives on high-impact partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with practical understanding of AI ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; concise and credible.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.

About The Role

We’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

What You’ll Own Immediately
