Job summary

Featherless AI in Montreal is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team who blends technical acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll converse with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers to shape go‑to‑market strategy for open‑model deployment.

You’ll own initial initiatives: building and qualifying pipeline, handling inbound requests, orchestrating outreach, and tracking metrics while partnering with executives to grow Featherless AI across North America.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Developer Relations or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong technical curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests via chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.

We’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

What You’ll Own Immediately

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
