Job summary

Mr Apple is seeking an experienced Forklift Supervisor for a unique 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will lead forklift operations in our Binstores team for seven months and then transition to an orchard operation for the remainder of the term, gaining cross-functional experience.

You will ensure safe, efficient fruit movement, support team performance, and uphold health and safety standards across the site, while developing broader understanding of our business.

At Mr Apple, we're looking for an experienced Forklift Supervisor to join us on a unique 12-month fixed-term opportunity. You'll spend approximately seven months leading forklift operations in our Binstores team before transitioning to one of our orchards for the remainder of the term, gaining valuable cross-functional experience and a broader understanding of our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring fruit moves safely and efficiently through our post-harvest operation while supporting team performance and operational success.

• Operating a forklift for the movement and storage of fruit bins
• Coordinating fruit treatments, storage activities and inventory control
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and traceability information
• Working with transport, production and receiving teams to optimise fruit flow
• Supporting and guiding team members to achieve operational goals
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture across the site
