Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our Rocky View County facility near Calgary. The role uses Raymond Reach, Dockstocker and Crown Reach forklifts in a fast-paced food distribution environment. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position designed to transition to permanent employment within a premier supply chain facility.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm. Pay rate is $21.75 per hour with bonus eligibility after 500 working hours.

Qualifications

• Valid external forklift license ( Raymond Reach and Counterbalance both required).
• Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reliably commute to Rocky View County, AB for day shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely in a high-volume food distribution hub.
• Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments and transport products to storage racks.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and corporate policies.
