Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a capable warehouse associate in Sherwood Park to operate reach trucks and support daily logistics tasks. You will stage, stock, and retrieve inventory across high-density racks, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates hold a valid forklift license, can commute to Sherwood Park, and commit to a full-time Mon-Fri schedule with an hourly rate of $22.00–$23.00. Safety, efficiency, and precise handling are essential to our operations.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Master high-bay logistics and safely operate high-reach forklifts to stage, stack, and retrieve inventory across vertical storage systems.
• Inventory Control: Maintain strict stock precision, verifying product counts and location accuracy to optimize daily warehouse throughput.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure outgoing orders are processed efficiently and dispatched on schedule to meet critical deadlines.
• Operational Excellence: Work alongside a dedicated logistics team, enforcing facility safety standards while maintaining a clean, high-efficiency workspace.
