Job summary

Les Entreprises Interco in Quebec is seeking an on-site supervisory professional to coordinate maintenance, optimize productivity, and supervise a team of 5–10 workers in a rural facility.

You will ensure safe, efficient operations, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• On-site work with no remote option
• Criminal record check required
• Basic security clearance
• Own transportation to the site

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair services
• Recommend measures to improve productivity
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
• Ensure systems and equipment operate efficiently and maintenance/repairs are performed
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Establish work schedules
