Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Windsor, ON is seeking a Foreman to organize and dispatch technicians, oversee service quality, and collaborate with the Service Manager on training needs.

You will mentor technicians, manage field schedules, support customer service, and ensure profitable operations while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade.
• Experience in a service department setting.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Candidate must be willing to be available after-hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Foreman reporting to our Windsor Construction & Forestry location.

The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for the organization of the work performed and quality control
