Job summary

Arc’teryx in North Vancouver is seeking a Footwear Product Testing Coordinator to support testing programs and collaborate with the footwear product creation team. The role involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and building relationships with athletes and testers across markets.

You will work in a hybrid remote setup, eligible to work in Canada, and contribute to evolving the footwear testing program aligned to our product strategy and innovation goals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in mountain sports, product development, or operations within technical footwear.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to explain and document concepts, processes and requirements clearly.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Execute product testing for inline and competitor products and deliver results to product teams.
• Support evolution of the footwear testing program aligned to strategy.
• Build and maintain a tester network to improve data collection and insights.
• Analyze testing data and provide actionable feedback to design and development teams.
• Maintain records of testing results and tester participation.
• Build relationships with athletes and core users to capture insights for product solutions.
