Arc’teryx Equipment in North Vancouver is seeking a Footwear Product Testing Coordinator to support and execute testing programs. You will work closely with the footwear product creation team, athletes, and a global network to evolve our footwear business and redefine performance for mountain terrain.

This role is based in our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Eligible to work in Canada.

Formación

• 2-4 years’ experience in mountain sports, product development or operations within technical footwear.
• Experience working with systems (Smartsheet, PLM, SAP, Excel, SQL or similar).
• Strong connection to core sports and athlete communities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all stakeholders.
• Clear communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to explain and document concepts, processes and requirements clearly.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to ambiguity.
• Proactive in identifying root causes and seeking effective solutions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and outdoor passion.

Responsabilidades

• Execute product testing for inline and competitor products and report results to product teams.
• Support evolution of the footwear testing program aligned to strategy and product creation.
• Build and maintain a diverse tester network and optimize data collection.
• Analyze testing data and provide insights to influence validation and design decisions.
• Maintain records of testing results, tester participation and sample tracking.
• Engage athletes and core users to capture insights across markets.
