Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
• Monitor and review staff performance
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in food services or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Flexibility to work early morning, morning, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Team-player attitude with dependability and reliability
