Job summary

Firehouse Subs | Persson Sandwich Company Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site food service worker in Taber, Alberta. The position offers permanent employment at $19.50 per hour for 40 hours per week, with health and disability benefits. Start date is as soon as possible.

English spoken; 1–2 years experience preferred; no degree required. On-site location at Unit A #72 6200 46 Avenue Taber, AB T1G 2B1. Role involves fast-paced environment, weekend shifts, and adherence to sanitation and safety

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
