Job summary

Manitou Springs Resort and mineral SPA is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and staff in ongoing meal preparation and service. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, ensuring quality, and addressing guest concerns in a fast-paced environment.

You will train team members in sanitation and safety, estimate ingredients and supplies, and maintain stock records while contributing to a smooth service flow and positive guest experiences.
