Job summary

WS & Company Ltd. is seeking a food service supervisor to oversee on-site operations at a food service establishment in Lethbridge, AB. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and the ability to supervise a small team of 3–4 staff.

The ideal candidate will train staff on duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimate ingredients for meals, and ensure quality of both food and service. Duties include handling customer concerns and maintaining stock records while coordinating shift schedules.
