Job summary

SUBWAY Prince Albert is seeking a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations at our on-site location in Prince Albert, SK. You will lead staff in food preparation, ensure quality, and manage schedules and budgets.

Fluency in English and 1+ year of related experience are expected. We offer a fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
