Qualifications

• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification is required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary to handle heavy workload.

• Experience in food service is an asset.
• Ability to carry out physical duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve meals with quality and presentation.
• Perform prep work: washing, peeling, cutting fruits/vegetables.
• Carry pans and trays safely between stations.
• Store food with proper dating, wrapping and rotation.
• Set up items for purchase daily and assist customers.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance across all areas.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
