• Prepare, wash, cut, and portion fruits and vegetables.
• Carry pans and trays safely between stations per safety standards.
• Store food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Set up daily items for sale and assist with retail operations.
• Perform general cleaning and dispose of trash per procedures.
• Assist with special programs and maintain food temperatures.
• Provide friendly service and handle customer concerns with supervisor input.
