Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring Food Service Workers to prepare, present and serve meals while ensuring high quality and presentation. You will perform prep work, handle safe storage, and assist customers in a fast-paced healthcare/retail setting.

Qualifications

• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification required.
• Experience with cash register is an asset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle heavy workload.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve meals with quality and presentation.
• Perform prep work like washing, peeling, cutting and seeding produce.
• Carry items between stations safely and in line with safety standards.
• Set up items for daily purchase and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
