The Food Service and Housekeeping Manageris responsible for managing the daily operations of a single unit; this includes ensuring tasks are completed, scheduling staff, controlling costs, resolving issues or complaints, and managing personnel.

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of food services by engaging the team, delegating effectively, and delivering an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service
• Manage costs rigorously to meet and maintain budgetary targets
• Provide exemplary customer service by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues, and turning complaints into opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards, and take proactive measures to maintain adherence
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve objectives and foster a positive, high-performing work environment

• 3 years of experience in food services, hospitality, or customer service

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both French and English. Proficiency in English is required to communicate daily with head office, partners, assigned suppliers operating at a national level, and sponsors.

• Bilingual French and English
