Job summary

Hell’s Kitchen at River Cree Resort & Casino offers a dynamic role as Food Runner & Server Assistant, delivering dishes promptly from kitchen to table and ensuring accuracy and presentation. The position supports servers, maintains a clean dining area, and collaborates with kitchen and service teams to uphold Hell’s Kitchen standards.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• AGLC ProServe/Protect certification preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems or POS software an asset.

Responsibilities

• Promptly deliver food from the kitchen to guests’ tables.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented attractively.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Refill water glasses and replenish supplies at guest tables.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Clean and reset tables after guests depart.
• Support other food and beverage departments as directed by management.
• Follow all Health and Safety requirements and look out for the safety of yourself and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
