Job summary

River Cree Resort & Casino hosts Hell's Kitchen guests with outstanding service in a lively, high-energy dining environment. The role involves seating guests, managing reservations, and supporting servers to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. ProServe/Protect certification is preferred, with shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems or POS software would be beneficial.
• AGLC ProServe/Protect certification

Responsibilities

• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for guests.
• Greeting guests, seat them, and provide information about specials or relevant details.
• Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of restaurant staff to ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Assist servers and server assistants as needed (e.g., clear plates, setting tables).
• Work in other food and beverage outlets as directed by management.
• Follow all Health and Safety requirements and look out for the safety of yourself and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The schedule for this position requires an open availability and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays
