Job summary

River Cree Resort & Casino is seeking a Server for Hell’s Kitchen, responsible for welcoming guests, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and brand integrity.

You will greet guests, take orders, relay to the kitchen, serve, and check on satisfaction while working as part of a dynamic team in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a dining setting.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for service.
• Stock the service area with supplies.
• Greet guests and assist with menu.
• Record orders and relay to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Suggest and serve desserts and process payments.
• Clean and reset tables after guests.
• Support other food & beverage departments as directed by management.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements.

Reporting to the Hell’s Kitchen General Manager, as a Server at Hell’s Kitchen, you are the primary ambassador of our brand—welcoming guests, delivering expertly prepared food and beverages, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences and consistently uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and brand integrity.

• Prepare tables for

• Greeting guests and assist with menu
• Record orders and relay them to the kitchen and
• Serve food and beverages promptly and
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any

• Support other food and beverage departments as directed by management.
