Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technicians and frontline staff.
• Strong communication skills across multi-departmental teams.
• Experience improving machine efficiency and implementing preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP and maintenance CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of operations, maintenance, troubleshooting to support equipment reliability.
• Ensures compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Ensures service to internal and external customers.
• Coaches and develops technicians and frontline staff.
• Conducts SOP compliance audits and safety observations.
• Models PepsiCo values and leadership behaviours.
• Manages department budgets and maintenance processes.
