Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages Canada is seeking a Quality Supervisor to manage the sanitation and food safety program, guiding frontline staff and ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance. The role emphasizes leading cleaning operations, maintaining SSOPs, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include training, safety compliance, and collaboration with management to uphold high standards in a fast-paced facility in Delta, BC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum 3 years relevant experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated front-line supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in Sanitation and Food Safety preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the Cleaning and Sanitation Procedure Manual and Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Participate in cleaning and sanitizing programs to meet Food Safety requirements.
• Lead the sanitation program in conformance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Train production team members on sanitation procedures.
• Provide technical assistance for sanitation issues and ensure conformance to food safety program.
• Directs employees in GMP, HACCP, pre-operational, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain records for due diligence of sanitation procedures and continuous improvements.
