Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all food and beverage service activities through subordinate staff, ensuring adequate resources are available. Contribute to menu planning, manage department budget, undertake corrective actions, and oversee scheduling and expenditures.
  • Ensure that front-of-house food and beverage offerings meet predetermined quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in food and beverage preparation and presentation, continually seeking improvements.
  • Stay informed about upcoming sports events, products, promotions, and related offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their wishes and organizing food and beverage service for special events.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Achieve financial and performance goals to ensure operational profitability.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash-outs and daily sales reporting.
  • Stay updated on company policies, provincial and local regulations related to casino, beverage, and food services.
  • Liaise with government regulators as required.
  • Be familiar with all emergency procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including work in other areas as needed.
