Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all food and beverage service activities through subordinate staff, ensuring resources are sufficient. Contribute to menu planning, manage department budget, undertake corrective actions, and control scheduling and expenditures.
  • Ensure that front-of-house food and beverage offerings meet quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency and high standards in food and beverage presentation, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about upcoming sports events, products, and promotions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and organize food and beverage service for special events.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Achieve financial and performance goals to ensure profitability.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash-outs and sales reporting.
  • Stay updated on company policies, provincial and local regulations related to casino, beverage, and food services.
  • Liaise with government regulators as needed.
  • Follow emergency procedures and take on additional duties as assigned.
