Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years of management experience in fast-paced food service or culinary fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• ProServe required; ServSafe training an asset.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Word and Excel) and HRIS experience.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills; able to lead a team.
• Able to work flexible weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Maintain professional conduct in uniform; calm under pressure.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations of restaurant and banquet facilities.
• Develop and implement operational policies to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Lead and supervise service team; manage reservations, dining room layouts, and seating.
• Ensure health and safety, responsible alcohol service and quality standards.
• Coordinate events with other departments; supervise setup and service.
• Assist with recruiting front-of-house staff; training and development.
• Manage budgets and cost controls; oversee inventory.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete quality assurance and respond to guest feedback.
• Communicate and implement company initiatives and policies.
