The Living Room is seeking a dynamic manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant bar and rooftop patio.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Lead the team. Manage and inspire our team, providing training, coaching, and support.
• Deliver exceptional service. Create unforgettable guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail.
• Drive revenue. Contribute to our success by developing innovative menu offerings and promotions.
• Create engaging events. Build an exciting and varied weekly events program for guests.
• Maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene.
• Embrace the Whistler life. Work flexible evening shifts, allowing you to enjoy the Whistler-Blackcomb mountain lifestyle to the fullest.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• Competitive compensation, starting at $55k / year plus cash tips.
• Comprehensive benefits, including extended health and dental benefits and a season ski pass (after 90-day probationary period).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED.

• Minimum 1 year of F&B experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and cocktails.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Serving It Right, FoodSafe, and First Aid certifications (prior to your start).
