Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage service activities, ensuring adequate resources, budget control, and quality standards.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverage offerings, maintaining high standards.
• Organize and coordinate food and beverage service for special events.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Achieve financial and performance goals to ensure profitability.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash-outs and sales reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Certifications : Serving It Right (BC), Pro Serve (Alberta), Smart Service (Ontario), Food Safe Level 1.
