Job summary

EPCOR is seeking a full-time permanent Coordinator, Flow Control Facilities based out of Aurum in Edmonton, Alberta. You will coordinate, track and manage work within the Flow Control Facilities Maintenance group, ensuring projects are planned, scheduled, monitored and completed in collaboration with internal teams.

You will develop and maintain FCF documentation, track performance metrics, serve as the Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator, and help deliver outcomes on timelines ranging from

Qualifications

• 2-year Diploma from an accredited Engineering Technology program.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in design.
• Experience in project coordination is considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of EPCOR safety standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track and manage Flow Control Facilities work with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Flow Control Maintenance.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports and dashboards.
• Support procurement and contractor oversight and maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and scheduling teams on asset data collection and projects.
