SECURE is hiring a Project Coordinator in Edmonton, AB, to support safe and efficient field operations across waste management services. You will coordinate project activities, prepare quotes, organize equipment and transportation, and help ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

The role is based in Edmonton with occasional travel to sites, working Monday to Friday a 40-hour week. A strong emphasis on safety and collaboration with the Sales and Operations teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare quotes, organize equipment and transportation, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate project activities and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operations contact for clients and contracts.
• Plan and coordinate daily field operations including personnel and equipment.
• Prepare project estimates, quotations and operational plans.
• Coordinate waste sampling, transportation and disposal.
• Review field documentation and support reporting and billing.
