Job summary

Happy Feet Carpet & Hardwood is seeking a motivated sales professional in Burnaby to own the sale from first contact to final payment. You will handle showroom leads, measure on site, and provide accurate quotes, while building a strong network with builders and property managers.

You’ll manage each job through installation, deficiencies, and collection, keeping the CRM updated and quotes followed up on time. A BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in flooring or home improvement.
• Comfortable on job sites, reading floor plans and talking to trades.
• Organized enough to run 15 open quotes without dropping one.
• Valid BC driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
• Honest with customers and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle showroom and inbound leads, measure on site, and produce accurate quotes.
• Build your own book: builders, GCs, property managers, and restoration companies.
• Manage each job through install, deficiencies, and collection.
• Keep the pipeline live in our CRM, with every quote followed up on time.
