Job summary

Happy Feet Carpet & Hardwood is seeking a motivated sales professional in Burnaby to own the sale from first contact to final payment. You will handle showroom leads, measure on site, and provide accurate quotes, while building a strong network with builders and property managers.

You’ll manage each job through installation, deficiencies, and collection, keeping the CRM updated and quotes followed up on time. A BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in flooring or home improvement.
• Comfortable on job sites, reading floor plans and talking to trades.
• Organized enough to run 15 open quotes without dropping one.
• Valid BC driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
• Honest with customers and with the team.

Happy Feet Carpet & Hardwood has been supplying and installing flooring across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since 2010. Two showrooms, our own installation crews, and our own supply line for vinyl and hardwood. We work with homeowners, builders, property managers, restoration companies, and public-sector projects, and we're growing into larger commercial and multi-unit work.

The role

You'll own the sale from first contact to final payment. That means:

• Handling showroom and inbound leads, measuring on site, and producing accurate quotes
• Building your own book: builders, GCs, property managers, and restoration companies who need a flooring partner they can call at 7am
• Managing each job through install, deficiencies, and collection, so the customer's last impression is as good as the first
• Keeping the pipeline live in our CRM, with every quote followed up on time

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in flooring, construction, or home improvement
• Comfortable on job sites, reading a floor plan, and talking to trades
• Organized enough to run 15 open quotes without dropping one
• Valid BC driver's licence and your own vehicle
• Honest with customers and with us. We'd rather lose a sale than mislead someone

Compensation

• Base salary: $3,000 - $4,000 a month
• Commission on gross profit, uncapped, on every job you sell
• Commissions paid within 7 days of the customer's final payment
