Job summary

Lush in West Vancouver seeks a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across sales, training, and operations. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach peers, and help drive exceptional customer experiences while living our brand values.

You will be involved in coaching, product demonstrations, and maintaining store standards with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, ensuring ethical, high-quality skincare products are presented and sold with

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
Ability to solve customer service issues in daily operations.
Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment and flexible evenings/weekends.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor with coaching.
Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to meet and exceed goals.
Educate customers on Lush brand values and product ethics.
Develop product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
Train and coach staff on sales techniques and store standards.
Maintain cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
Ensure visuals, merchandising, stock, and inventory align with standards.
