RBC in Vancouver is seeking an RBC Financial Advisor to attract, nurture, and grow relationships with our high-value personal and small business clients. You provide proactive, professional advice across everyday banking, investments, and credit to help clients achieve their goals.

You will collaborate with RBC partners to deliver tailored solutions, educate clients on digital tools, and build trusted long-term relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or CSC/IFC required.
• DFSA designation for Canada (excluding Quebec) required.
• Quebec certification in Personal Finance required for that province.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice.
• Leverage RBC capabilities and partners to meet clients' financial needs.
• Provide professional advice for complex credit and investments.
• Educate clients on digital self-service while guiding them to preferred channels.
• Use technology to connect with clients virtually and in person.
• Build and accelerate new client acquisition and retention in the local community.
• Collaborate with financial planning, retirement, mortgages, and business banking experts for tailored advice.
