RBC is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to attract, nurture and grow relationships with high-value personal and small business clients in the Metro Vancouver area. You will provide proactive advice across everyday banking, investments and credit, partnering with RBC experts to support clients’ goals and life events.

In this role you will educate clients on digital tools, address complex credit and investment needs, and collaborate with financial planning, mortgages and business banking

Formación

• Mutual Funds accreditation required.
• DFSA designation required (Canada).
• Quebec Personal Finance certificate required (QC).
• 2–3 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice.
• Coordinate with RBC partners to meet client financial needs.
• Address complex credit and investments with professional advice.
• Educate clients to self-serve while using digital channels where possible.
• Connect with clients virtually and face-to-face.
• Build new client relationships and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with financial planning and mortgage experts to tailor advice.
