Job summary

The PRN Shelter Operations Floater at Bayaud Works provides flexible, as-needed coverage across shelter functions in the Denver Metro Area, including guest support, safety, fire watch, janitorial, documentation, and basic case management.

You may rotate across sites based on needs, with training and trauma-informed care standards, upholding confidentiality and dignified service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Experience in shelter services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible operational coverage across shelter programs (shelter attendant, janitorial, safety, fire watch, documentation, basic case management).
• Complete shift documentation, logs, reports, and compliance records on time.
• Follow site-specific procedures, safety, privacy, and emergency protocols.
