Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Shift Opportunities: Flexible shifts with varying hours and days, determined by business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience:

• No minimum required; 1 year customer service experience preferred.

Training:

• Approximately 3 months to learn or adjust to the role.

Other Requirements:

• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English.

Technical Skills:

• Must pass mandatory driver assessment.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
