Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days determined based on business needs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

• Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.

Related Experience Requirements:

• None required; one year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Adjustment period: approximately 3 months.

Other specific mandatory experience requirements:

• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of required assessments and ability to complete training.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good communication, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
