Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Shift Opportunities: Flexible shifts (minimum and maximum hours, days of work) will be determined based on business requirements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Post-Secondary Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional Certification:

• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Experience:

• None required; 1 year customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Training:

• Approximately 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.

Additional Requirements:

• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.

Technical Skills:

• Must pass mandatory driver assessment training.
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Shifts: Monday to Friday, starting at 12 pm; Saturday at 9 am. Flex Driver role allows selecting shifts up to 8 hours over 6 days, up to 40 hours/week. Must be available on Saturdays. Full valid Class G license required; G2 not acceptable. Job posting: 06/13/2025 to 06/20/2025 at 3 PM local time.
