Job description

This is an interview position.

General Summary

Ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, review orders before delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities (parameters regarding minimum and maximum hours and working days will be determined based on operational needs).

Postsecondary Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certificates and Professional Titles:

• Must have a valid G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Experience

Minimum years required for this position:

• None
• One (1) year of customer service experience.

Time needed to familiarize with the task and adapt:

• 3 months

Other mandatory experience:

• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English.

Technical Skills

Solid Knowledge of the Following:

• Achieve passing score on driver evaluation before hiring.
• Ability to pass all basic and refresher training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada activities is an asset.
