This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Experience: No minimum required; 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Training: 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.
• Language: Bilingual in French and English (Quebec only).

Technical Skills

• Meet minimum thresholds on driver assessment training.
• Complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Additional Details
